Held at the Washington State Fair Event Center, you will find a huge vendor floor offering free demos and style shows, daily hands-on classes, over 500 booths exhibiting the latest fabrics, tools and supplies and free raffles. If your passion is sewing and stitchery, you will not want to miss this!
Sit back, relax and enjoy the comforts of our first class coach. With a stop in Merritt and lunch break in Chilliwack, we arrive in Auburn, WA for our three nights stay at the Best Western Plus Peppertree Auburn. This evening, we invite you to enjoy the hotel’s free Happy Hour.
Start your day off with a wonderful complimentary breakfast served at the hotel. We then depart for Puyallup, WA and the biggest sewing expo in the US. With more than 100 seminars daily, hands-on workshops and 400+ booths, there is definitely something there for everyone. We offer two pick up times back to the hotel. (B, HH)
After enjoying the complimentary breakfast we invite you to take in the activities of the Sewing & Stitchery Expo. There are lots to see and do. This afternoon, we offer an optional side trip to The Outlet Collection, the largest indoor outlet mall in the Pacific Northwest. Enjoy a unique mix of outlets and retail stores, including, Nordstrom Rack, Marshall’s, Old Navy, Michael Kors and Tommy Hilfiger. (B, HH)

Q: How can I register for the seminars?
A: On www.sewexpo.com or you can mail your registration in. Online registration opens in early January.
Q: I am planning on taking a 3 & 4 needle class and under student supplies, it lists ‘basic sewing supplies’. What do I really need to bring?
A: Basic sewing supplies means to bring: Scissors (fabric & paper) pins, seam ripper, chalk, seam gauge, ruler, measuring tape, sewing needles, etc. Optional: Portable light, mini iron and ironing pad. And anything else you use that will make your sewing experience pleasurable. Rotary cutter, mat, ruler, irons & ironing pads are available for classroom use.
